ODFC Summer 2025 International Academy

Event Description:


ODFC Cesena FC USA is thrilled to offer a unique opportunity for our young athletes to immerse themselves in high-level soccer development. By merging world-class coaching expertise and a training philosophy inspired by professional European leagues, participants will experience the perfect blend of skill enhancement and tactical growth. This pre-season academy promises to set the foundation for excellence both on and off the field.

  • Cost: $250 "Early-Bird" $295 "Full-Price" as of July 6th

     Program Description:

    Sessions will include high intensity technical and tactical training.
     
  • Technical training focus will be on ball mastery in game-like scenarios
  • Tactical training will focus on (not limited to):
  • Formation/team strategies
  • Execution of tactics and team movements
  • Pressing (Other Team in Possession)
  • Building from the back (Own team in Possession)
  • Utilizing GK as the “creator” from the back


Coaches:


Francesca Stancati  – Coach Francesca is one of the most influential and knowledgeable coaches in Italy having coached at the highest professional level. She has formed part of the exclusive Women’s Premier Soccer League (WPSL) International Combine coaching staff held in Manchester, Vermont in 2023. Coach Fran has coached at every level in Italian women’s football including Serie “C”, Serie “B” and Serie “A”. She holds a UEFA “A” Badge from the Italian Soccer Federation (F.I.G.C) and is the local Calabria (Italy) Region scout and representative to the F.I.G.C.


Paola Luisa Orlando  – Coach Luisa is considered a “premier level” coach and instructor both with the Italian Olympic Committee (CONI) and the Italian Soccer Federation (FIGC). Her extensive work within Italian women’s football includes coaching at all levels of the game including Serie “A” and Serie “B”. She has most recently coached the women’s team at Cosenza Calcio and is part of the prestigious UEFA Playmakers Technical Project. Coach Luisa holds a UEFA “A” Badge from the F.I.G.C.
