Little Friends Program (2022-2023)

Piccoli Amici - Learn By Playing

The Piccoli Amici (Little Friends) Program is especially designed for players born in 2022 and 2023 and places the focus on the “needs” of our youngest future stars! These “needs” include socialization skills, cognitive stimulation, motor skill development and enjoyment. Sessions include imaginative games and a fun-filled environment. The progression-based curriculum allows for the introduction of basic skill set development.

Sessions feature low “trainer-to-player" ratios and are managed by U.S.S.F. and/or internationally certified coaches. Our Italian technical partners at Cesena F.C. (formerly A.C. Cesena) have assisted in the development of this program by contributing both methodological and didactical information.

Our “Little Friends” coaches and trainers consider each young player the “subject” and not the “object” of each professional session. We all understand that every teaching opportunity, small-sided game and exercise must trigger a positive response and active involvement in all our “Little Friends”.
