ODFC Academy Player Development Specialist/Coach - Position Open May 5th, 2026

Old Dominion FC is currently looking for experienced player development professionals and technical trainers to work within our Player Development Academy. The right candidate(s) will need to have a strong background in the game and a minimum of one (1) year coaching experience.

Strong leadership and communication skills are essential as both candidates will interact often with the clubs Board of Directors and Technical Director. We prefer candidates with a degree in a sports management or sports medicine-related subject, European or USSF certifications and video analysis experience.
