ODFC Adds Jr. RTP+ to List of Programs!

The Jr. Rising Talent Program Plus or Jr. RTP + is a new addition to the program list at ODFC geared to provide more on-field time and skill development opportunities for our young players.

Same as our legacy Jr. RTP this program is designed for our Under-7 (2020-2021) players looking to expand their knowledge base and their inventory of skills throughout the year! Volunteer coaches will work closely with clubs’ professional staff to ensure

continuous and age-appropriate development.

Volunteer assistant coaches will receive FREE educational support from our partners at the United Soccer Coaches Association (USC) in the form of “grassroot” online courses.

ODFC is a firm believer that if we “Build on the Basics” the next generation of players will prosper!
