ODFC Force/Fury
The ODFC Force and Fury, two rising boys U-10 soccer teams, are seeking motivated players and will hold open training on Monday, June 7, Wednesday, June 9, and Friday, June 11 at Little River Elementary School in South Riding, VA, from 6:30-8:00pm. ODFC Revolution
Rising girls U-13 elite level WAGS Division 2 soccer team, is seeking motivated players and will hold open training on Tuesday June 1 at Little River Elementary School in South Riding, VA, from 6:30-8:00pm, and try-outs on Friday, June 4 at Freedom High School from 6:30-8:00pm, on Tuesday, June 8 at Little River Elementary School from 6:30-8:00pm, on Thursday, June 10 at Little River Elementary School from 6:30 – 8:00pm, and on Saturday, June 12 at Little River Elementary School from 9:00-10:30am The Revolution trains and plays year-round, in the WAGS regular season, State Cup, and in tournaments across the East Coast. O.D.F.C. South Riding Storm
Rising U14 WAGS team is holding tryouts to add players for the Fall 2010 season. Tryouts will be held at Freedom High School from 7:00-8:30pm on June 2nd and 4th. Coach Jeff Rush (USSF-D License, college and high school experience) emphasizes individual skill development blended with team concepts in a positive learning environment. New Rising U13 girls team:
Old Dominion Football Club will be holding tryouts in early June for a new U13 girls’ team to begin play in ODSL during the fall 2010 season. Players born on or after 8/1/97 are welcome. We offer a great opportunity to experience travel soccer in a team directed atmosphere while still enjoying professional training through our relationship with Soccer Performance International. ODFC Thunder
(Girls - ODSL Division 1 - U17/U18/U19) located in South Riding, VA is looking for rising high school sophomore, junior, and senior girls that love to play soccer, to fill multiple slots and all positions for our Fall 2010 season.
We are a pretty laid back bunch that play the game with a pasion. Our players don’t yell at one another on the field and we don’t have any vocally obnoxious parents yelling from the side lines. We just have a bunch of nice girls that love playing soccer and give it all they’ve got, and a bunch of nice parents who enjoy watching their girl play soccer. We don’t have any cliques and I treat every player as I would treat my own daughter. We try to get them all to be friends first and teammates second by having non-soccer related activities where they are just a bunch of girls having fun. That way, they’re all comfortable around one another and not afraid of making mistakes on the field. As long as they try their best, that’s good enough for me and their teammates.
We try to practice once or twice a week but as the girls progress thru high school, with all of the high school activities and such, it gets difficult having players at practice. I believe that high school is one of the best times of your life, and I highly promote and support the girls to do as much as they can in high school, knowing that I will never penalize them for missing practices or games. Our current team is mostly juniors and seniors and with all of those junior-senior year activities, we didn’t practice at all this season. Our winter training includes indoor soccer and futsal at the Dulles SportsPlex.

ODFC Lightning Rising U12 Girls
The ODFC Lightning a U11/rising U12 girls travel soccer team is looking for a goalie and field players to enhance our roster for the 2010/2011 season. We will be holding tryouts on June 2nd and 4th at 5:30 PM at our practice field in Leesburg, VA. We offer a fun family oriented environment, professional training, excellent coaches and trainers and an opportunity to play for one of the top teams in the area. The Lightning currently competes in WAGS against the top competition in the Capital area. Our practices are held primarily in Leesburg at an easy to reach location. We have a solid record in both seasonal and tournament competition. If your child plays soccer in this age group, you owe it to yourself to check out our program.
